The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 shallot (minced)
  • 1 clove of garlic (minced)
  • 4 cups sliced mushrooms ((I used cremini mushrooms))
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp hummus (or cashew cream)
