- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 shallot (minced)
- 1 clove of garlic (minced)
- 4 cups sliced mushrooms ((I used cremini mushrooms))
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp hummus (or cashew cream)
