Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 16 oz tube biscuits (quartered)
  • 1 cup frozen shredded hashbrowns (kept frozen)
  • 1 lb ground mild breakfast sausage (browned and drained)
  • 5 large eggs (beaten)
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Place the biscuit quarters in the bottom of a lightly greased 6 quart slow cooker.
  • Layer your remaining ingredients in this order: shredded hash browns, beaten eggs, browned sausage, cheddar cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Cover and cook on high for 1.5-2 hours, turning your insert halfway through if your unit does not cook evenly.
