Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 oz Chickapea Pasta Shells
- 5 medium tomatoes, diced
- 2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- balsamic reduction, to garnish (optional)
Instruction
- Cook Chickapea pasta according to the package directions, rinse with cold water immediately, and set aside.
- Place the pasta and the rest of the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
- Garnish with balsamic reduction if desired.
