The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing
  • 2 whole wheat sandwich buns (6 inch), partially split
  • 2 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
  • 2 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 12 slices OSCAR MAYER Natural Applewood Smoked Ham

Instruction

  • Combine first 4 ingredients.
  • Spread bottom halves of buns with reduced-fat cream cheese.
  • Fill with lettuce, ham and tomato mixture.
