Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Pre-heat oven to 325°F.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, mix butter, oil, egg, vanilla and sugar.
  • Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Add the chocolate chips.
  • Lightly grease a 12 cup muffin tin and fill cups 3/4 of the way with batter.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes. The muffins should be soft in the center, but not liquid.
