Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- ½ cup + 2 tablespoon Coconut sugar
- ¼ cup Bitter sweet chocolate (I used verse chocolate )
- 2 ½ tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup almond flour
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ cup chopped pecans.
Instruction
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F and line 6.5" x 9.5" Eighth Size. Aluminum Sheet Pan with parchment paper.
- In a double boiler heat chocolate( 5 pieces), water, and coconut sugar until chocolate melts completely. Once it is cooled down a little bit, add oil, egg and vanilla extract and mix well.
- To this add almond flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and sea salt and combine well.
- Transfer to prepared pan and arrange with chopped pecans and chopped chocolate and bake for about 15 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
- Once it is cooled refrigerate and cut it into pieces and enjoy.
