Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 (15-ounce) can Libby's® Yellow Cling Peach Slices in Fruit Juice ((drained with 2 tablespoons juice reserved))
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instruction

  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar together. Add the 2 tablespoons of reserved Libby's® Peach juice and mix well. Cook over medium low heat until the sugar has dissolved. It may seem like the sauce won't come together, but it will. Just keep stirring.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in the salt, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix well to combine. Add Libby's® Peaches and stir gently. Serve warm over ice cream, pound cake, etc.
