Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 4 salmon fillets

Instruction

  • Preheat broiler.
  • Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, honey and garlic in a small glass bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, stir, and microwave for 30 more seconds.
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  • Place salmon fillets on baking sheet and brush with glaze.
  • Broil for 8 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork, basting a few times with the extra glaze.
