- 2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 4 salmon fillets
Instruction
- Preheat broiler.
- Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, honey and garlic in a small glass bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, stir, and microwave for 30 more seconds.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Place salmon fillets on baking sheet and brush with glaze.
- Broil for 8 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork, basting a few times with the extra glaze.
