Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup juice (orange or pineapple are great)
  • 3 tablespoons dijon mustard (or grainy mustard)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (or pumpkin pie spice)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer on low about 15 minutes or until thickened.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool 10-15 minutes to thicken.
  • Brush over cooked ham during the last 20-30 minutes or until golden.
