- 16 oz butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instruction
- Let the stick of butter come up to room temperature.
- Whip the butter with a spatula until smooth and creamy.
- Add the brown sugar and combine until smooth.
- On a piece of parchment paper, form the butter mixture into a log and roll up the paper, twisting the ends.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
