Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 250 g brown rice ((9oz/1 cup))
- ½ tsp salt
- 300 ml water ((½ pint/1¼ cups))
Instruction
- Place the rice, salt and water in a pressure cooker. Lock the lid into place and bring to high pressure.
- Regulate the heat to maintain the pressure and cook for 15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and release the pressure quickly. Serve!
