Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups + 1 Tablespoon oat flour (188g)
- 1/4 cup fine almond flour (28g)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon, divided
- 2/3 cup raw sugar, or coconut sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter (will reduce to 1–2 Tablespoons brown butter)
- 1/2 cup non dairy milk (125ml)
- 1/2 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar (or other acid like lemon juice)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- topping: cinnamon sugar, or a combo of cinnamon and brown or coconut sugar
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
