Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- cooking spray
- 4 tilapia filets
- olive oil (for drizzling)
- salt and black pepper
- 1/4 cup yogurt (plain, full fat, Greek)
- 2 teaspoons honey (or agave nectar)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 14 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chives (chopped)
Instruction
- Preheat the broiler.
- Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Drizzle the tilapia with olive oil and salt and pepper both sides.
- Place tilapia on the tray and broil for 6-8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- While fish is broiling, in a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey, mustard, lemon juice, chopped chives and 1/2 teaspoon of salt and a 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
- Serve the fish with the sauce.
