Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 3 6 ounce salmon filets
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/3 cup chopped grapefruit
  • 1/2 avocado, chopped

Instruction

  • Turn the oven to broil. Place the salmon skin side down on a greased baking pan and drizzle olive oil over the top.  Sprinkle the top with salt and then with chili powder.  Place on the middle rack and broil for 6 minutes or until salmon is flaky. Remove and top with grapefruit and avocado.
