The following ingredients have 3 Servings
- 3 6 ounce salmon filets
- olive oil
- salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/3 cup chopped grapefruit
- 1/2 avocado, chopped
Instruction
- Turn the oven to broil. Place the salmon skin side down on a greased baking pan and drizzle olive oil over the top. Sprinkle the top with salt and then with chili powder. Place on the middle rack and broil for 6 minutes or until salmon is flaky. Remove and top with grapefruit and avocado.
