Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp sugar (or use a sugar substitute)
  • 12 oz broccoli slaw
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp chopped pecans
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  • First, mix together mayo, vinegar and sugar.
  • Then, add mayo mixture to broccoli slaw.
  • Next, add dried cranberries, chopped pecans, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Then, mix until well combined.
  • Last, refrigerate 25 minutes. Stir before serving.
