Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup red onion (diced)
  • 1/2 cup dried currants (or craisinets)
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 lb. bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 3 Tbsp canola oil
  • 3 Tbsp seasoned rice vinegar (available in the Asian aisle)
  • 2 Tbsp sugar

Instruction

  • Mix together the dressing ingredients and pour over salad ingredients
  • Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • If it is going to be in the refrigerator for a while wait to add the sunflower seeds and bacon so they don't get soft. You want them crisp.
