Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • Pasta-1 cup
  • Broccoli-1/4
  • Onion-1
  • Carrot-1
  • Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
  • Soya Sauce-1/2 tsp
  • Butter-1 tsp
  • Oil-1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Mixed Herbs-1/4 tsp

Instruction

  • Boil pasta in hot water and once cooked set aside byooling it down.
  • In a pan add oil and butter. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder.Add onion and saute till pink.
  • Cut broccoli in small pieces and boil in water till half cooked .Strain and set aside.
  • Add chopped carrot and boiled broccoli pieces to the fried onion mixture.
  • Add soya sauce and salt and toss well.
  • Add cooked pasta and mixed herbs give a quick mix.
  • Yummy Broccoli Pasta is ready.
