Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- Pasta-1 cup
- Broccoli-1/4
- Onion-1
- Carrot-1
- Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
- Soya Sauce-1/2 tsp
- Butter-1 tsp
- Oil-1 tsp
- Salt
- Mixed Herbs-1/4 tsp
Instruction
- Boil pasta in hot water and once cooked set aside byooling it down.
- In a pan add oil and butter. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder.Add onion and saute till pink.
- Cut broccoli in small pieces and boil in water till half cooked .Strain and set aside.
- Add chopped carrot and boiled broccoli pieces to the fried onion mixture.
- Add soya sauce and salt and toss well.
- Add cooked pasta and mixed herbs give a quick mix.
- Yummy Broccoli Pasta is ready.
