Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Rotis or Chappathis or Parathas made of Whole Wheat Flour 10
- Broccoli florets from a normal size Broccoli
- Pressure cooked (peeled and diced potatoes from 2 potatoes)
- Thinly sliced Onions 1 cup
- Bell pepper thinly sliced 1/2 cup (I used Red one for good colour comb)
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tea spoon
- Finely chopped garlic 2 tea spoons
- Garam masala powder 1/4 tea spoon
- Cumin seed powder 1/2 tea spoon
- Red chilli powder 1 tea spoon
- Salt
- Oil 2 tb spoons
Instruction
- Heat oil in a shallow frying pan. Saute it with cumin seeds. After they splutter add the onions and fry for a minute.
- Then fry the garlics and bell peppers for a minute. Now add all the powders mentioned above and stir well. Add the Boiled potato pieces and mix well and then Put the Broccoli florets and fry for two minutes.
- Check out for salt and spices. If needed add more. Keep the flame in medium and cook it for 5 minutes closing it with a lid. Then increase the flame and take off the lid.
- Stir in high flame for some time and switch off the stove. Now the delicious stuffing is get ready to be rolled or wrapped in Chapatis.
