  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 pinches fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp whole-grain mustard
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup shredded Vermont white sharp cheddar cheese
  • garnish: fresh basil leaves (rolled up and sliced very thin)
