- 2 pinches fresh cracked pepper
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp whole-grain mustard
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1 cup shredded Vermont white sharp cheddar cheese
