Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 broccoli heads cut into pieces stems trimmed
- 2 cups toasted cashews crushed *to taste
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 red onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup hot water
Instruction
- Place broccoli, onion, cranberries and cashews in a salad bowl.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the hot water in a separate bowl and stir through the salad ingredients.
- Cover and allow to rest until cold.
