Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 broccoli heads cut into pieces stems trimmed
  • 2 cups toasted cashews crushed *to taste
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 red onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup hot water

Instruction

  • Place broccoli, onion, cranberries and cashews in a salad bowl.
  • Mix the mayonnaise with the hot water in a separate bowl and stir through the salad ingredients.
  • Cover and allow to rest until cold.
