- 1 carrot (large)
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil (some more to cook the paratha)
- ⅛ teaspoon red chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon cumin powder
- ⅛ teaspoon dried mango powder [amchur]
- ¼ teaspoon cumin seeds
- ¼ teaspoon mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon fresh ginger (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon cilantro or coriander leaves (chopped)
