Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 slices brioche bread
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Fresh strawberries
- Fresh blueberries
- Fresh cherries
- Bananas
- Maple syrup
- Whipped cream
Instruction
- In a medium shallow bowl, add the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon and whisk together thoroughly.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes.
- Add one tablespoon of butter and melt and coat the bottom to the pan completely.
- Separately place a piece of bread in the egg mixture then flip it to coat the other side.
- Place the dipped bread into the skillet. (I cook 2 slices at a time in the skillet)
- Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom side is light golden brown.
- Then flip it over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Add additional tablespoon of butter between batches.
- Repeat with the remaining pieces of bread, dipping only just before cooking the slices so they don't get soggy.
- Serve immediately with your desired toppings.
