Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 slices brioche bread
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Fresh cherries
  • Bananas
  • Maple syrup
  • Whipped cream

Instruction

  • In a medium shallow bowl, add the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon and whisk together thoroughly.
  • Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add one tablespoon of butter and melt and coat the bottom to the pan completely.
  • Separately place a piece of bread in the egg mixture then flip it to coat the other side.
  • Place the dipped bread into the skillet. (I cook 2 slices at a time in the skillet)
  • Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom side is light golden brown.
  • Then flip it over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Add additional tablespoon of butter between batches.
  • Repeat with the remaining pieces of bread, dipping only just before cooking the slices so they don't get soggy.
  • Serve immediately with your desired toppings.
