Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1/2 kiwi (peeled)
- 1/2 apple (cored, peeled and roughly chopped)
- 1 small banana (roughly chopped, or half of a big one)
- 4 large frozen strawberries
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup unsweetened almond, coconut or soy milk
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
Instruction
- Put all the ingredients in a blender, with the flaxseed last, and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately or keep refrigerated.
- The smoothie will keep in the fridge for 1 or 2 days (but it’s much better when it’s fresh).
