Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1/2 kiwi (peeled)
  • 1/2 apple (cored, peeled and roughly chopped)
  • 1 small banana (roughly chopped, or half of a big one)
  • 4 large frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond, coconut or soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

Instruction

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender, with the flaxseed last, and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately or keep refrigerated.
  • The smoothie will keep in the fridge for 1 or 2 days (but it’s much better when it’s fresh).
