Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 Flatout Multi-Grain with Flax flatbreads
- 2 Tbsp fig preserves (or fig jam)
- 3 ounces brie (sliced into ¼” pieces)
- 6 thin slices prosciutto (~¼” pound)
- 1 tsp rosemary (minced)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Spread the fig preserves evenly across the two flatbreads.
- Next, layer the thinly sliced brie and the prosciutto onto the flatbreads.
- Bake at 400°F for 4-5 minutes or until flatbreads just turn crispy. (Note: This step can also be done in a toaster oven. Just keep careful watch so the flatbreads don’t burn!)
- Once toasted, sprinkle rosemary evenly over flatbreads.
- Slice and serve while hot.
