Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 Flatout Multi-Grain with Flax flatbreads
  • 2 Tbsp fig preserves (or fig jam)
  • 3 ounces brie (sliced into ¼” pieces)
  • 6 thin slices prosciutto (~¼” pound)
  • 1 tsp rosemary (minced)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Spread the fig preserves evenly across the two flatbreads.
  • Next, layer the thinly sliced brie and the prosciutto onto the flatbreads.
  • Bake at 400°F for 4-5 minutes or until flatbreads just turn crispy. (Note: This step can also be done in a toaster oven. Just keep careful watch so the flatbreads don’t burn!)
  • Once toasted, sprinkle rosemary evenly over flatbreads.
  • Slice and serve while hot.
