Ingredients
The following ingredients have 24 Servings
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt (or sea salt)
- 3 1/2 cups UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour (bleached flour toughens baked goods)
- 8 oz. pkg. Heath English toffee bits
Instruction
- Mix butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Stir in flour and Heath English Toffee Bits with a wooden spoon until well combined.
- Spray a 9x13” glass baking dish with cooking spray.
- Spread brownie mixture into pan.
- Smooth the top with the back of a wet tablespoon until surface is smooth.
- Bake at 350° for about 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
