Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian herbs
- pinch salt and pepper
- 2 cups cubed Italian or French bread
- 1/2 pound ground pork sausage (cooked)
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped red pepper
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- chopped chives to garnish
Instruction
- Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spray four oven-safe ramekins with cooking spray.
- Whisk together the egg custard. Set aside.
- Fill each ramekin with your fillings. Mix to evenly distribute the ingredients.
- Pour the egg batter evenly into each ramekin until about 3/4th of the way full. Place the filled ramekins onto a baking tray.
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped chives and serve immediately.
