Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • pinch salt and pepper
  • 2 cups cubed Italian or French bread
  • 1/2 pound ground pork sausage (cooked)
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped red pepper
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • chopped chives to garnish

Instruction

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Spray four oven-safe ramekins with cooking spray.
  • Whisk together the egg custard. Set aside.
  • Fill each ramekin with your fillings. Mix to evenly distribute the ingredients.
  • Pour the egg batter evenly into each ramekin until about 3/4th of the way full. Place the filled ramekins onto a baking tray.
  • Bake for about 25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
  • Garnish with chopped chives and serve immediately.
