Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 1.5 cups dry pasta (i used elbows)
  • 2 – 3 cups mixed veggies (i used onions, bell peppers and peas)
  • 3 chicken sausages, chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese (or your favorite cheese)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  • While pasta is cooking, saute veggies, sausage and spices over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  • Add cooked pasta and cheese to veggie mixture and stir to combine.
  • Spoon into greased 9×13 pan.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  • Pour over pasta mixture and bake for 25 minutes.
