Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Everything Bagel Spice:
- 1 tbsp poppyseeds
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp dried garlic flakes
- 1 tbsp dried onion flakes
- 1 tsp kosher or sea salt
- Salad:
- 8 cups mixed greens of your choice
- 4 oz smoked salmon
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- 1 English cucumber (sliced)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 2 tbsp fresh dill fronds
- 4 eggs (poached or fried)
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instruction
- Mix together the everything bagel spice. Set aside.
- Top the greens with smoked salmon, avocado, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, dill, and poached or fried eggs.
- Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice and dijon and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Drizzle on top of the salad and top with the Everything Bagel spice.
