The following ingredients have 11 Servings
- 7 large eggs
- 2/3 cup Red River Farms 2% Milk
- 1/4 cup grated Lucerne Monterey Jack cheese
- 2/3 cup chopped Spinach
- 1/3 cup diced red bell pepper
- 3 strips pre-cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl whisk together all the ingredients. Pour into a greased muffin tin and fill it 3/4 full. Bake for 16-17 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
