Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 small banana
  • 3 tbsp rolled oats
  • 150 g raspberries
  • 1 orange (juice only)

Instruction

  • Slice the banana into small pieces and place into your blender.
  • Add in the rolled oats, raspberries then top up with the juice of an orange.
  • Blend on high for 3-5 minutes until smooth.
