Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 roma tomatoes (cored & quartered)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt (divided)
- 1 pound lean ground beef (I used ground sirloin)
- 1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
- 2 ounces cheddar (sliced, divided)
- 4 large eggs
- 4 whole grain hamburger buns (toasted)
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 450*F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Add the tomatoes to the one side of the baking sheet and toss with olive oil and 1/8 tsp salt. Roast for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix together the lean ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, and remaining 1/8 tsp salt. Shape into 4 very thin patties. Place patties onto other side of the baking sheet. Roast for another 8-12 minutes depending on desired doneness. Remove from oven and top each burger with 1/2 ounce cheese.
- Meanwhile, fry your eggs until desired doneness and set aside.
- When ready to eat, put about 4 tomato slices onto the bun, top with the burger, put the egg on top, and cover with the bun. Enjoy!
