Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 1 pkg. Johnsonville Cheddar Cheese & Bacon Sausage Brats
- 5 hot dog buns
- 5 eggs
- 1 med. red potato (finely cubed)
- 4 slices Canadian bacon (chopped)
- 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp. sliced scallions (optional)
Instruction
- Using Susage Grill or skillet, grill Cheddar Cheese & Bacon Sausage Brats until completely cooked.
- Meanwhile on a griddle, grill hot dog buns until golden brown. Fry cubed potatoes and Canadian bacon until crispy. On the same griddle cook eggs sunny side up.
- When brats are done add a brat to each bun and top with cheese, potatoes, Canadian bacon and eggs. Sprinkle with scallions. Enjoy!
