The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons sugar or sugar replacement (optional)
  • ½ cup fat free milk
  • ½ cup Cabot Plain Greek Yogurt or Lowfat Plain Greek Yogurt

Instruction

  • COMBINE in blender container, blueberries, lemon zest, lemon juice and sugar or sugar replacement if using. Add milk and yogurt; cover and blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
  • Tip: For an extra protein boost, add ½ scoop of whey protein powder per 1 cup of yogurt.
