Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 4 bread slices (cut into circles. You can make 1 or up to 3 circles with one slice of bread.)
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1 small tomato (finely chopped)
- 1 green chili (finely chopped)
- 2 tbs coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp sooji / rawa
- oil for frying
Instruction
- Take the onion, tomato, green chili, coriander leaves, garam masala powder, red chilli powder and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
- Next add in the sooji and mix. Gradually add some water if required to make a thick paste. The onion and tomato will leave water by itself, so just add one teaspoon at a time.
- Apply this mixture to the bread discs to fully cover them.
- Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry till golden brown in color.
- Remove and serve hot with ketchup.
