Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 5 brats, flavor of choice
- 1 container of seamless crescent roll dough
- 1/3 cup stone-ground mustard
- 1/8 cup mayo
- 1 tsp hot sauce
Instruction
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Place a silicone baking mat on top of a baking sheet.
- Open the container of dough and stretch till even. Cut the dough in half.
- Roll to brats in the dough till ends tough. Cut the dough and secure it around the brat. Place brat on the baking sheet.
- Bake for about 25 minutes. Use a thermometer to test the brats to ensure that they are between 160° - 165°F
- Remove frats from oven and cool for a few minutes. While brats are cooling, mix together mustard, mayo, and hot sauce.
- Slice brats is to bite sized pieces. Serve warm.
