Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 tablespoons salted butter
  • 3 tablespoons freshly parsley (, chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (, finely minced)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons brandy

Instruction

  • In a small bowl, combine butter, parsley, garlic and brandy.
  • Using a fork, mash together until well combined.
  • Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
