  • 3 teaspoons SAF or instant yeast
  • 3 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 4 tablespoons sugar or non-diastatic malt powder
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups lukewarm water (16 ounces, by weight or volume)
  • 1 beaten egg

  • Sesame seeds
