Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 12 cups Spinach
  • 0.667 cup Bacon (chopped)
  • 3 Tbsps olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
  • 1 shallot (finely chopped)
  • 4 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsps Chives

Instruction

  • Arrange the spinach in a bowl. Fry the bacon in hot oil until golden brown. Add the shallot and the garlic.
  • Remove from the heat and deglaze with 2-3 tbsp water and the vinegar. Season with salt and ground black pepper and pour over the spinach.
  • Garnish with the chives and serve immediately.
