Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 12 cups Spinach
- 0.667 cup Bacon (chopped)
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 1 shallot (finely chopped)
- 4 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsps Chives
Instruction
- Arrange the spinach in a bowl. Fry the bacon in hot oil until golden brown. Add the shallot and the garlic.
- Remove from the heat and deglaze with 2-3 tbsp water and the vinegar. Season with salt and ground black pepper and pour over the spinach.
- Garnish with the chives and serve immediately.
