Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup Bournvita
- 1-2 tablespoon milk powder
- 1-2 tablespoon brown sugar (or as per taste)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 10-15 almonds
- 100 grams- butter
- 2 tbs- cocoa powder
- 2-3 tbs- milk
Instruction
- Put oats, flour, almonds, sugar, baking powder, Bournvita, and butter in a mixer grinder jar.
- Give them a few rounds of churn. Take out the mixture in a big mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle cocoa powder and add milk to make a dough.
- Scoop the mixture on the baking tray leaving some space in between.
- Bake them for 15-20 minutes or until done. The time may vary according to the oven and the thickness of the cookies.
- Take them out of the oven and leave on a baking tray for 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a wire rack to cool down completely.
