Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 15 oz Pumpkin Puree
  • 12 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • ¼ Cup Spiced Bourbon
  • Maple Bourbon Whipped Cream

Instruction

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until well blended. Feel free to add more/less bourbon to taste.
  • Fill the graham cracker pie crust with the pumpkin mixture to the top. You should have just enough pumpkin mixture to reach the top.
  • Carefully place the pie on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Reduce the temperature to 350°F and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  • The pie is ready when a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
  • When the pie has cooled, top with whipped topping or optionally our Maple Bourbon Whipped Cream.
