Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup apple juice
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add chicken to sauce and toss. I used about 1 pound of cooked popcorn chicken. Serves 4-6.
