Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- ¼ tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- ¼ cup apple juice
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
- ½ cup cold water
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add chicken to sauce and toss. I used about 1 pound of cooked popcorn chicken. Serves 4-6.
