Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups (16floz/480ml) pineapple juice
  • 1 cup (8floz/240ml) coconut milk
  • ½ cup (4floz/120ml) dark rum ((omit for non-alcoholic popsicles))
  • juice of 1/2 lime

Instruction

  • Pour all ingredients in a large measuring cup. Stir to combine.
  • Pour into popsicle molds, place a popsicle stick into each mold and cover. Freeze for 8 hours or until frozen firm.
  • Run the mold under hot water to cleanly release the popsicles. Store in the freezer for up to 6 weeks.
