Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 15ml (1 tbsp) coconut oil
- 2 bunches spring onions, trimmed and cut into 10cm (4in) segments
- 4 bok choy, roots trimmed and quartered lengthwise
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2.5cm (1in) fresh ginger root, peeled and grated
- 1g (½ tsp) dried chilli flakes
- 1 lime, juiced
Instruction
- Heat the oil in a pan, then fry the spring onions for 1 minute over a medium-high heat.
- Add the bok choy, garlic, ginger and ginger, and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the chilli flakes and lime juice. Give it a stir and serve immediately. Enjoy!
