The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 sub sandwich or hoagie roll
  • 2 - 3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup stuffing
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded, cooked turkey

Instruction

  • Start with the rolls. A good french or sourdough hoagie roll suits the bill. Cut it in half.
  • On one side, spread some cranberry sauce. On the other, a good slather of mayonnaise.
  • Top the mayo with some stuffing, then some turkey and put it all together. You have Thanksgiving on a bun!
