Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- ½ cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 ½ cups blueberries (frozen)
- 1 banana (sliced)
- ¾ cup coconut water
- 1 cup baby spinach (packed)
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed (ground)
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract ((optional))
- coconut flakes (unsweetened, for garnish (optional))
Instruction
- Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend for about 90 seconds or until the mixture is smooth.
- Add more coconut water or ice as needed to achieve a thick and creamy consistency. Add vanilla to taste if desired.
