Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 ½ cups blueberries (frozen)
  • 1 banana (sliced)
  • ¾ cup coconut water
  • 1 cup baby spinach (packed)
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed (ground)
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract ((optional))
  • coconut flakes (unsweetened, for garnish (optional))

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend for about 90 seconds or until the mixture is smooth.
  • Add more coconut water or ice as needed to achieve a thick and creamy consistency. Add vanilla to taste if desired.
