Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup frozen Cascadian Farms blueberries
- 1/2 cup pomegranate arils
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (honey or sweetener of choice)
Instruction
- Leave frozen blueberries on counter to defrost for 45-60 minutes.
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend slightly. (I left a few chunks of fruit).
- Pour into a jar or airtight container and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour to set.
