The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 3/4 cup frozen pitaya (pink dragonfruit)
- 1 to 2 pieces of frozen figs (plums or apricots)
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup almond/coconut/whatever milk
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
- 1/2 tablespoon flax oil
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds (mixed with water for 5 minutes)
