Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 3/4 cup frozen pitaya (pink dragonfruit)
  • 1 to 2 pieces of frozen figs (plums or apricots)
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup almond/coconut/whatever milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1/2 tablespoon flax oil
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds (mixed with water for 5 minutes)

  • Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and BLEND! Super difficult. I know.
