Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (120ml, I used culinary coconut milk so it's well blended)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen (possibly a little more if frozen))
  • 1/2 cup ice topped up with water (no water and a little more ice if all fresh fruit)
  • 2 tsp honey (or less to taste)

Instruction

  • Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a glass to serve.
