Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- 1 cup frozen blueberries (preferably organic)
- 1/2 cup old fashioned gluten free rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened non dairy milk (rice, almond, soy, etc)
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (or 2 Medjool dates)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 2 ice cubes (optional)
- fresh blueberries for garnish (optional)
Instruction
- Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.
- Garnish with more fresh blueberries, if desired
