Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 handful fresh spinach
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (preferably organic)
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned gluten free rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened non dairy milk (rice, almond, soy, etc)
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (or 2 Medjool dates)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 2 ice cubes (optional)
  • fresh blueberries for garnish (optional)

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.
  • Garnish with more fresh blueberries, if desired
