Ingredients
The following ingredients have 25 Servings
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed
- 2/3 cup toasted coconut
- 1/2 cup dried blueberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 3/4 cup nut butter (I used homemade almond butter)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey (or more to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Instruction
- Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl until well mixed. Chill for 30 minutes, then scoop tablespoon size balls and squeeze them firmly so they stay together. I like to keep these chilled.
